Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
I try my best to send your order over to you as soon as I can! I honestly get so excited when an order comes in, so I try to send it off to it’s new home as soon as possible! The processing time does depend on the order, so here are some more details:
For non-custom orders: 3-5 business days
For custom paintings: 2 weeks
Your painting should be completed in 2 weeks from the time I receive the reference photo. The processing time here can be extended depending on if you request revisions, we’ll chat if that applies and I’ll keep you up to date!
For custom wedding invitations: 2-5 weeks
Your painting should be completed in 2 weeks from the time I receive the reference photo. If you purchase the design option, that will be 1 additional week after that. If you purchase the option to print your invitations on handmade paper with a handmade envelope (also optional), that will be 1-2 additional weeks depending on if you like the colors of envelopes in stock, or if you would like additional colors.
What is your return policy?
I gladly accept returns! I want anyone who purchases my work to be thrilled with it and love the process of buying it. If you’re not happy with your piece, no worries, let’s get that fixed.
If you want to return an item, you can ship it back to me in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving it & I’ll refund you.
You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
